Current Action: We continuously monitor Shopify's accessibility updates and advocate for necessary improvements by reporting identified issues to Shopify's support and development teams.

Assessment Approach

Zenyth took a comprehensive approach to making the Shopify storefront accessible and inclusive. Rather than applying isolated fixes, we began with the Dawn theme as a foundation, conducting a full accessibility audit to identify barriers and opportunities for improvement. From there, we customized the theme for both functionality and accessibility, ensuring compliance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA standards. Our approach included optimizing keyboard navigation, improving screen reader compatibility, enhancing focus management, and refining interactive elements to create a seamless and user-friendly experience for all visitors.
