Return and Refund Policy for Digital Products

Thank you for purchasing our digital products. We stand by the quality and functionality of our products and are committed to your satisfaction. However, due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or returns, except under the following circumstances:
Eligibility for Refunds
A refund may be issued if the digital product:
- Fails to Install or Activate: The product cannot be installed or activated on a supported platform, despite following installation instructions and after reasonable troubleshooting steps.
- Contains Unresolvable Errors: The product contains critical errors or bugs that significantly impair its core functionality and cannot be reasonably fixed through support or updates.
- Negatively Impacts Performance: The product causes significant and verifiable degradation to website performance, such as noticeable delays in page load speed or compromised user experience that cannot be resolved.
- Does Not Meet Specifications: The product does not perform as described in its documentation or marketing materials.
Conditions for Refunds
To qualify for a refund, you must:
- Submit a refund request within 30 days of purchase.
- Provide evidence of the issue, including detailed descriptions, screenshots, or error logs.
- Allow our support team to assist in troubleshooting and resolving the issue before a refund is granted.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind or incorrect purchase.
- Failure to meet system requirements or unsupported platforms.
- Lack of experience or knowledge in using the product.
- Issues caused by third-party integrations or modifications outside the product’s original scope.
How to Request a Refund

- Order number
- Description of the issue and steps to reproduce it
- Relevant screenshots or error logs
Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days.
